We are a group of professional writers: experienced specialists in illustrated non-fiction for young people, many of us with backgrounds in publishing, teaching or both. Between us, we have written on just about every topic imaginable, from aardvarks to Zoroastrianism.

We pride ourselves on our:

	reliability
	ability to write in clear, concise and attractive English
	research skills
	competence at writing to length, following a brief
	understanding of the demands of international publishing and US curricula
	knowledge and experience of working with illustrators and designers

We are all familiar with the UK National Curriculum, and many of us keep in close touch with our readership by making school visits and running workshops.
