I am an experienced writer of children's information books. My published work covers a wide range of themes, and favourite subjects include history, biography, geography, environmental issues and sport. Simple wordbooks and more complex dictionaries are also a speciality.

I like writing for different age groups and am happy to take on individual titles or complete series. I sometimes start with my own original ideas, but am also used to following a tight brief. Detailed research is an important part of my job.

Having worked as an editor, project manager and publishing consultant, I take a professional approach to deadlines.
